Sharing and understanding, challenges and excitement, depth and reflection – The training session titled “United and Determined – Confidently Advancing” led by expert trainer Nguyễn Võ Minh Tâm took the Palace Long Hai Resort team on an emotional journey in the final days of 2024.
There was plenty of laughter. And even tears. Together, they created an atmosphere filled with positive energy, where each team member truly felt the value of unity and solidarity.
The 3C Principle
Through the story “The Master and His Apprentice in Martial Arts”, the challenge “The Strength of Two Hands”, and the game “The Lucky Card”, trainer Nguyễn Võ Minh Tâm skillfully conveyed three valuable C’s: Commit to doing your best – Conquer yourself – Collaborate proactively.
This 3C principle serves as the foundation for individuals and teams to align their vision and achieve shared goals.

“Whether we achieve our 2025 goals depends on the determination and contribution of each individual at Palace Long Hai Resort,” emphasized Ms. Nguyễn Ngọc Ánh.
No single individual, no matter how outstanding, can carry an entire organization. The success of a company is the collective result of each member’s efforts. To contribute effectively, every individual must take responsibility and commit to delivering their best performance.
Few jobs last a lifetime. Even fewer companies allow individuals to dedicate their entire youth. But as long as we are part of this organization, we must uphold our responsibility and commitment. Each individual must ensure their role is fulfilled, so the team does not have to bear the burden in their place.

“The Warrior Spirit” challenge was an intense and thrilling experience for not only the employees but also the management and leadership team of the resort. The spirit of “One for all, and all for one” was powerfully demonstrated through this challenge.
