• Check-in from: 15:00 to 23:00 - Check-out from: 11:30
• Surcharge for Children (maximum 02 children/ room)
• Children under 6 years old: Free to share bed and breakfast with parents;
• Children from 6 to 11 years old: Surcharge VND190,000/ child; including breakfast and sharing bed with parents;
• Children from 12 years old and above, considered as adults: Surcharge VND500,000/ extra bed/ child; including breakfast.

GENERAL REGULATIONS

• Guests staying at the Resort must provide their ID card with chip or passport to check in at the Reception. Please supply an identity code or birth certificate for minors under the age of 15. If travelling with a corporation or tour group, the group leader must be present and have a comprehensive list of passenger information stamped in red.
• Check-in time starts from 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is before 12:00 noon the following day. If you check in earlier or check out later than the above time, you will have to pay the corresponding surcharges according to the regulations of the Resort.
• For all rooms staying day or overnight, you must pay the room fee before check-in.
• The resort is only responsible for assets or money deposited at the Front Desk. Please pay attention to checking your personal belongings before leaving the room and leaving the Resort.
• Please do not change rooms or add more people to the room without prior registration with the Receptionist. If you have relatives visiting, please contact the Receptionist to arrange a reception area.
• Prohibit all acts of prostitution, gambling, carrying weapons, explosives, inflammable substances, narcotics (illegal drugs), prohibited goods, radioactive substances, toxic substances, cooking equipment, gas stove, alcohol stove or bulky property entering the Resort. All packages brought in must be checked by the receptionist for security purposes. In case of violation, you must be fully responsible before the laws of Vietnam and the Hotel.
• Do not change or move furniture in the room or from one room to another. In case of loss or damage to property or furniture in the room due to negligence, you will have to compensate 100% of the value.
• The Resort room card must be returned to the front desk after check-out. If the card is lost, the guest will be responsible for compensation according to the regulations. When checking in, please check the quantity and condition of assets currently in the room according to the "List of assets in the living room". If it is not enough or is in a damaged condition, please immediately notify the Receptionist so that it can be handled promptly.
• Food/drinks are not allowed in the Resort. If you have a need, please pay the surcharge according to the regulations of the Resort and the dining area at the appropriate place. Please do not "eat" or "drink" in the room, food, fruit, or drinks with unpleasant odors. In case of intentional violation, you will be fined VND3,000,000.
• Pets, high-power sounds, and portable speakers are not allowed into the Resort.
• Before leaving the Resort, please pay all invoices to the Receptionist.
• Noise regulations: after 22:00, guests are not allowed to play music with loudspeakers or talk too loudly to ensure public order. Noise will be considered excessive when Resort Guests are disturbed or annoyed.
• The Resort Management may require you to leave the Resort without any refund for any expenses incurred by you who intentionally ignore or violate the Resort's rules and regulations
